Special Promotions

Book 3 nights and Pay 2 Nights, Book 6 nights pay 4 nights, Book 9 nights and pay 6 nights for bookings from July 2nd - 30th November 2010.
Breakfast is not included on the free promotional night. Extra beds are not included on the free night. A complusory breakfast charge of 200 Baht is levied on this night. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
The promotion is only valid outside of full moon week.
No refunds can be made for any cancellations.
Full moon week is defined as full moon party night plus the 3 days before and 3 days after full moon party night.
Special Packages are not available in the peak and high seasons.

Honeymoon Package

A 3 night stay in the Beach front hotel room
American Breakfast served in your room or in the restaurant every morning
Free transfer from the pier and to the pier of Thongsala
Upon arrival day a bottle of French wine and a big plate of snacks will be waiting for you in the room

The Honey moon package is from 6,500 Baht depending upon room choice. Additional nights qualify for a discount from the standard room rates. Packages are available in other room types - supplements apply.

Booking Details

The Minimum Stay is 5 days at Peak season, 4 nights at Christmas, 3 days on the Full Moon.
Free collection from Thongsala for 3 night plus bookings. Otherwise the cost is 100 Baht per peson (minimum 2 people).
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Free Wi-Fi within the Ocean Villa and Beachfront Villas. Fixed internet is available for a small fee at reception.
Transfer: Pick up from Thongsala is free for bookings of 3 nights plus or 100 Baht per person (minimum 2 people).
Extra beds: Maximum of 1 per room.
Breakfast: Room fees include breakfast and VAT at 7%
Full Moon Party Transfer: 200 Baht per person.
Compulsory Gala Dinner: New Years Eve Dinner (December 31st) @ 1,500 Baht per person. Child under 12 years 50% discount.

Child Policy

Children sharing a bed with parents are free of charge and must only pay for breakfast. Children under 2 are free of charge and we supply a complimentary cot.

Cancellation Policy

No charge for cancellations made 7 days prior to check in (only refund transaction charges at cost). Late cancellation / no shows / early check out will be charged at 50% of contract rate. Special promotions have a no refund policy.
